Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately people have different events that come up in their life unexpectedly. Flight delays, car problems, traffic jams, business meetings, project deadlines, even picking up the kids. These are some of the reasons why someone might consider cancelling their appointment for Chiropractic, massage, or even weight loss.

Our clinic policy is giving us a 24 hour cancellation notice, by phone call with a massage, if you did not speak to the person on the telephone, or an email. If it is not done within the appropriate 24 hour time frame, the patient will pay the cost of the services normally rendered for that visit, either for the one hour massage, chiropractic adjustment, weight loss consultation, or a combination of all those services. Whatever services you have scheduled at that time, it is your responsibility, unless you have given us the 24 hour cancellation notice. 

Late Arrival Policy

As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy.
